Nothing ever happened. No one even ever complains that they have hacks. The dude even gave you the whole source-code. Compile yourself if you're a chicken.
Back to the virus stuff. I'd just download Malware Bytes anti-malware, run a quick scan and that's it (It saved my ass once, the one and only time I got a serious virus)...
