Hmmm, I don't know. The dudes at ZON (my ISP) upgraded my package from 10Mb/s to 25Mb/s, as you can see in the image I posted (it says 23 but it varies, sometimes it's 26 and so on). So, I think it's different here.

Same thing. Also depends on how far your company's networking office is. (Atleast in Spain)

Well, I think my ISP is here at my island, but closest Speedtest server is on Lisbon, which is nearly 1450 km from here, and it says 25 megs.
