cs2d servers use udp packets to communicate

he probably wants to switch to tcp for some reason (probably sees tcp everywhere and thinks its better. this really just undermines DC's judgement)

clearly hes just being stupid because tcp is a protocol thats good at filling accidental packet losses and so is better for general browsing. udp simply sends everything once and doesnt check for losses

udp is usually a better choice for games like counter strike because its irrelevant whether or not gaps get filled because they will already be outdated and will just mess with the bandwidth

tl;dr hes just being stupid
