Contact the server owner. When you get banned it tells you NOT to create a thread and/or contact UnrealSoftware, they can not do anything for you. The server hosters/admins can unban you if you find a way to contact them.

I can help if you tell me the server name, shouldn't be so hard.

P.S: Change the title, DC or a mod would probably close this thread if not changed. "hi" is a terrible title and does not explain what the thread is about.
