0a demoted himself - so yes, he retired and it was his very own decision. He left a short message as reason for his status change. Basically saying that he is tired and doesn't have enough time.He was a great mod and I want to thank him for his time and his support!
DC: I know it's not my business, but I do feel that as appreciation for their work 0a and ohaz really deserve that Super User rank because of what they've meant for this community. ohaz be a moderator once again.

VADemon: honestly if you were active enough I would have seen you as a moderator, you eventually make useful posts.I must admit I'm not as active as before due to my University duties but if I demote myself I'll later regret, so I just visit here and see what's going on on Unreal Software everyday to stay informed.

Dream Ahmed: if you want admin mod, look at file archive, there is bunch of them. Jk. Did he send PMs for every moderator about it? Seems rather temp ban than admin rights.

You need to be active at UnrealSoftware.de for at least one year in order to become a moderator. Moreover you have to write helpful posts/comments and you have to obey the rules. You have to occur to us in a very positive way. Furthermore there needs to be a lack of moderators (otherwise we will not add more).Unreal Software selects moderators. Do never ask if you can become a moderator. This will automatically disqualify you!
