DC or making a topic about this won't help you at all. The only responsible is the server owner as he cares and manages the server so you've gotta ask him instead.

Banning in this website will do nothing, banning from the USGN will do also nothing, they can change IP.

). 1. Banning their accounts would NOT stop the DDoS attacks. Even worse: It might lead to even more attacks because it makes the attackers angry when I ban them.
2. Impossible to securely and reliably track which account is the one behind a DDoS attacks
Background info: A DDoS attack means that an attacker tells a network of servers to send a shitload of messages to a specific target to crash it. Unreal Software user accounts are not part of such an attack and therefore a completely unrelated thing. You do not even have to have any account to perform DDoS attacks.
