Bots do not act like humans at all, they move around too much.
Why not create an entity that is like a 'botnode' (atracts bots) but this time, when a 'bot' arrives at this 'botnode', the 'bot' will stay there for an alloted time, which can be entered (in sec.) in the entity. The bot would obviously be able to shoot/knife, plus there could even be an option giving you the map-maker the choice of how far the bot can move (eg: 1 square out, or 500'X 300'Y etc.) before the alloted time runs out. This could actually keep gameplay with bots unrepetitive and actually a little intense, (like, "..is he round the corner...behind the crate? or do I just run for the flag.."...etc). This could increase the excitement level of single player gameplay, but then again, it could also wreck it. Thoughts/Opinions PLEASE.
PS: DC, I really think you should re-consider the snipers aim coming off screen thing I was talking about last year (I think it was last year). You could at least have an option to turn it on/off !
