I love Stranded, it amazing game! Now, I try to create a similar game for mobiles.
I'm sorry for a russian language in the pictures.

Yeah. Hopefully he made that concept art. Or someone made it for him. I would prefer nice gameplay with as much realism as possible. Fancy grafics aren't the most important things for such games in my opinion.

Update 4467:
-More friendly UI).
-New craft(Axe, Pick, Brick, Вucket...).
-New building - Furnace.
-Resources are extracted in batches.
-Time rewinds when you sleep.
Update 4485:
-More craft(Fried meat, iron and copper bars)
-Build mode changed(add buttons "Cancel" and "Accept")
-Mr. Crabsss!
-It is possible to get logs if you chop a wood with an axe.

You should focus on making the website primarily in English, because websites with 2 or more languages aren't attractive at all (unless you pull it off like 
does). If you're not good at English, I bet there's tons of website designers that are fluent in English eager to help you.
